The hotel is fairly clean with brand-new rooms. The staff is excellent. The location is comfortable and perfect, close to good restaurants, Cayuga / Seneca Lakes, and a square. The attached restaurant offers outstanding food choices.

This place is in a great spot near Waterloo Premium Outlets, Finger Lakes, and a restaurant 🛍️. The room is quite spacious with 2 comfy queen beds and there's a heated pool for some relaxation after a day out.

The rooms are spacious and come with air conditioning, a variety of drinks, and amenities like a microwave and fridge. The service is exceptional, including ample parking. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a pleasant stay.

This place is conveniently located near the Casino and within a short distance from lakes, local bars, and restaurants.

Everything was perfect during my stay at The Lux Hotel & Conference Center in Waterloo. The hotel offers good value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Being able to check in early was convenient, the rooms were a good deal with a fridge and complimentary drinks, and the breakfast offered sausage and scrambled eggs.

The staff at The Lux Hotel & Conference Center were incredibly friendly. The breakfasts at the hotel were great and had both vegan options and funky tasting scrambled eggs. The hotel has a convenient location, surrounded by wineries, shopping centers, lake view restaurants, the city center, and the del Lago casino.

Booked a room in washrooms. Having a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets was a bonus. The staff was excellent and amiable. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, so close to lakes and wineries and local bars and eateries and drug stores and easily accessible.

The room was equipped with a microwave, a fridge, and coffee/tea makers, which I appreciated. The hotel's proximity to Syracuse, wineries/breweries on Cayuga/Seneca Lakes, Waterloo outlets, del Lago casino, and several areas made it a pleasant stay during my visit to Outlets and The Glen.
